I am one of the original members of Elite Body. I have been a licensed Pastor for past 17yrs working in churches here in Apopka, and In Idaho, specializing in music and church growth. I have three amazing boys: Austin 16, Connor 14, Ethan 9. I am currently working for Champion of Choices, a non-profit dealing with teen bullying, suicide prevention, and goal setting. We travel throughout the county presenting at schools, churches, and corporations bring hope to the hopeless. We are all on a journey through life, with all it’s challenges and victories. I believe we are all here to make an impact on the community we live in, and my hope is that along our journey we would experience the amazing love of God in every area of our life.

Tracey Lucky has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She enjoys the challenge of helping people meet their fitness goals and seeing them grow and become stronger from their accomplishments. She’s an avid runner and completed her 1st marathon in January 2011 and also enjoys cycling.
This class is designed for those who want to challenge themselves. This is a high intensity workout, so come prepared to get out of your comfort zone. Exercises include kettlebells, tires, ropes, sprinting and plyo-metrics.
Mark Lucky has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He has worked with all levels of athletes (middle/high school, college and professionals) and enjoys pushing his clients to new levels. He is constantly researching the newest methods of training and nutrition to keep our clients growing and succeeding. Hobbies include moto-cross and cycling.
Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines functional stretching with some yoga based moves.
