• New Year New Classes

    We are starting 2 new and exciting programs in January 2015.

    1-Our new Saturday class FIT (Fun Intense Training) Starts January 10,2015 @8am.  This class will be held every other Saturday.  FIT is  strength and conditioning workouts designed to challenge all aspects of fitness from beginner to advance athlete.

    2-Our new nutritional counseling program.  This program is available to all member and non-member for a nominal fee. This is a daily monitored program that is designed on a individual basis to help you be accountable for your nutrition.  Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or a general overall healthy lifestyle, this program will help you reach your goals.
