OUR SERVICES


 We offer a variety of options to accommodate your fitness needs. We not only offer in gym training, but in home training and on-line training as well. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly facility. Our members range in age from 10-80. Our goal is to help you grow and challenge yourself to meet your goals.

Personal Training

Training programs are tailored to our clients goals and needs:
  • One on One Training
  • Couples and Small Group Training
  • Young Athletes Training  
  • Sport Specific Training
**Our training programs include 2-3 sessions weekly, Measurements/body fat, nutrition and gym use & classes.

In Home Training 

There are many reasons someone may need or prefer in home training over training in our facility.  Some of these reasons include creating training programs for your in home gym, handicap support training for daily functions or as a time saver that fits your schedule. 
Our in home personal training is designed around the client.  If you have a full home gym or no equipment at all we will assess and plan a program with you.  Our in home training clients receive the same benefits as our in gym clients minus the gym use and classes.  

On Line Training

Personal Training & Nutrition
Much like in home training, there are many reasons someone may choose virtual training.  Unlike home or in gym training, we do not see you in person, but schedule with you and do your workouts & planning via video.  This option is great for the busy traveler or someone out of our area. If you have full gym access or no equipment at all,we will do an initial assessment to make sure we design your program around your goals and needs. 
Virtual Boot Camp Classes
All of our boot camp classes are live on zoom, so if you are more comfortable staying home or can't make it to the gym, this is the option for you.  No matter where you are, you can log on and join us.  If you can't make it to class times, we have a video library stocked with workouts.  Click link below for class schedule.

 


 

 Membership 

Our gym membership is designed to help our clients grow and never feel lost or intimidated.  We pride ourselves on being a big gym with a small personal feel.  
Gym memberships include:
* 2 personal training sessions every month for as long as you are a member. This ensures your workouts benefit you and your goals.
*Full use of the gym during business hours
* Unlimited classes 

 Classes

Our classes are developed to challenge you on all levels.  We offer a classes only options and are positive if classes are all you come for you will get a workout.

Nutrition  & Supplements

Nutrition is a key component to fitness. We understand everyone is different.  Nutrition programs are tailored for our clients needs and nutrition goals.  We look at your goals and needs to ensure that we give you the best guidance.  If your goal is weight loss or weight gain, improved performance or just better quality of life we can help.
We carry a range of products in house for your nutrition needs and also have access to additional supplements based on your nutritional needs.
