CLASSES 


Our classes incorporate functional training, with strength, endurance and cardiovascular work-outs.  We design our workouts to be effective for everyone from the 1st timer to athletes. Our goal is to ensure you are getting the most effective workout with your time. 

**All of our classes are offered online via zoom as well as in gym.  We have a membership for online only classes.  Please contact us and let us help you choose what options are the best for you.

Boot Camp   

Designed for all fitness levels, this class challenges you on all levels. Workouts are designed to build strength & endurance while maximizing fat burn & muscle gain.

Strength & Endurance 

This class is designed for those who want to challenge themselves. This is a high intensity workout, so come prepared to get out of your comfort zone.  

Stretch

This class is a blend of functional stretching and some yoga.  Offered via zoom only, it is a great way to end the week and refresh.
Class is  designed to for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced athletes.
